GREAT LOCATION! Close to two playgrounds, parking right in front of unit. People walk into your front room instead of your kitchen which is a plus! Its not an end unit so it stays warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Its close to the clubhouse and office. Mature trees in the front yard and back yard for plenty of shade. We haven't had any pets in our unit and its smoke free. We are also close to the Lauritzen Botanical Gardens, the Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo, Children's Museum, Old Market and downtown, short commute to Creighton, and an elementary school is just up the street.
